Rory Mae Meiergerd was received into the family of God through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism on Saturday, May 18, 2024.
Pastor Ken Tubbesing was the officiant of the baptism
which took place at Martin Luther Lutheran Church.
Rory is the daughter of Jared and Rachel (Rippe) Meiergerd. 
Serving as sponsors for Rory are uncles, Kyle Rippe and Eric Meiergerd; and aunts, Sara Hughes and Heidi Harbaugh.

This month was very special in Rory’s life journey. She became the daughter of Jared and Rachel and a part of a very big family when her adoption became final on May 17th. The very next day, on May 18th, she was baptized into the family of God and became a part of the communion of saints.
Rory has immediate family members who are a part of MLC. They include her grandparents, Randall and Becky Rippe; uncle, Kyle Rippe; great-uncle and aunt, Doyle and Pat Rippe, and numerous cousins.
