Brooklyn Behrends and Austin Meyer will graduate from high school in 2025. Martin Luther Church expressed their congratulations and honored the graduates with a reception after the Sunday, April 27th worship service. . The graduates received well wishes from fellow MLC members at the event hosted by the MLC Women’s Group. The Seniors were gifted with a blanket they personally chose that were made by the Martin Luther Church Sewing Group. Brooklyn and Austin will graduate from Johnson-Brock Public Schools on Saturday, May 17th.
Brooklyn is the daughter of Blaine and Bonnie Behrends She plans on attending Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska. She’ll be playing basketball there and after two years may transfer on to University of Nebraska at Kearney to complete her education.
Austin is the son of Brian and Amber Meyer. He will attend Southeast Community College in Beatrice, Nebraska concentrating with classes in the ag field and plans on farming with his father in the future.
