Isaac Hoff, Chase VanWinkle, and Maverick Piper (as pictured above) who have been involved at Martin Luther Church, will graduate from high school in 2024.  Martin Luther Church expressed their congratulations and honored the graduates with a reception after the Sunday, April 28th worship service. .  The graduates received well wishes from fellow MLC members at the event hosted by the MLC Women’s Group.  The Seniors were gifted with a blanket they personally chose from the the blankets that were made during the last sewing year by the Martin Luther Church Sewing Group.  Group.  Isaac, Chase, and Maverick, will graduate from Johnson-Brock Public Schools on Saturday, May 11th.

Isaac is the son of  Doug and Michelle Hoff.  He plans on attending Southeast Community College in either welding or small engines.

Chase is the son of Marshall and Michele VanWinkle.  He will attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha concentrating with classes in the health field.

Maverick is the son of Matthew and Megan Piper.  He will also attend University of Nebraska at Omaha with a goal of becoming an architectural engineer.  Maverick’s blanket is very special to him because his Great-Grandma, Joan Bohling, sewed together the blocks of his Husker blanket.
