Three young people of Martin Luther Lutheran Church affirmed the vows made at their own baptisms by their parents and sponsors. Confirming their faith were Rylie Beethe, Reese Grotrian, and Delani Sharples. The confirmands have been instructed by Pastor Ken Tubbesing, and Pat Rippe who taught during this current Lenten season.. The curriculum has included Holy Scripture, the Sacraments, Luther’s Small Catechism, and the Life of Luther.
Pastor Ken Tubbesing was the officiant of the Rite of Confirmation during the Palm Sunday Worship Service on April 10, 2022.

God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
A special guest of the class was MLC member, Joan Bohling. She is the Great Grandmother of all three confirmands.
Martin Luther Church joins with all their family in prayer that their faith in Jesus Christ may continue to grow and that that each will always be able to say that Jesus Christ is my LORD.
