One young man of Martin Luther Lutheran Church affirmed the vows made at his own baptism by his parents and sponsors. Confirming his faith was Maverick Piper The confirmand has been instructed by Pastor Ken Tubbesing during the last two years. The curriculum has included Holy Scripture, the Sacraments, Luther’s Small Catechism, and the Life of Luther.
Pastor Ken Tubbesing was the officiant of the Rite of Confirmation during the Sunday, July 26, 2019 worship service.
Maverick’s Confirmation date had been originally planned for the spring but had been postponed due to the Covid situation.
